Junior & Senior High
At Oakwood Christian Academy Junior/Senior High, we hold fast to OCAs mission statement, “Uniting a Passion for Christ with Excellence in Academics” for all our students. For students in grades 7-12, we provide a Christ-centered education grounded in a biblical worldview that supports both spiritual growth and academic achievement.
Our commitment to excellence in academics is demonstrated through a rigorous curriculum that empowers students to master content through collaboration and critical thinking. Our goal is to ensure that our students are prepared for their next mission field, whether that be college, career, or entry into the workforce.
Passion for Christ
Our passion for Christ is incorporated into all aspects of student life. Through chapel, small group discipleship, Girls Retreat, Guys Advance, and Christ-centered coursework, students are given meaningful opportunities to grow in their faith, ask questions, and build strong relationships with one another and with Christ. Our Christ-centered courses and commitment to the Bible as truth help students see the connections of faith to every aspect of life, both inside and outside the classroom.
Excellence in Academics
Academic excellence is intentionally designed to prepare students for what comes next. Through increasing rigor, collaborative learning, and purposeful academic discourse, students develop the confidence, discipline, and critical thinking skills needed for success beyond high school. Instruction is guided by data and planning to ensure every student is challenged and supported. Students graduate equipped to lead, grow, and thrive.

Students in grades 11-12 with a GPA of 3.2 or higher are eligible to participate in Dual Enrollment, earning high school and college credits while enrolled at OCA.
